Emailing requests for reviews is not only difficult and time consuming to track & manage, but is also an incredibly unreliable way to ask for and receive reviews. In addition, emailing for reviews does not allow for real time reviews of sold goods or services. With Exponent, review requests are sent via text message and link directly to users’ already installed applications (Yelp, Google, & Facebook.)
Positive reviews are posted directly to one or more of the users device applications, and are uploaded immediately. Negative reviews are placed in a holding queue for the company’s quality control department to internally process and remediate first.
